I've used these a few times and they work, better than another brand I had tried. Im staying with this brand from now on. i have easy bowl movements 2 times a day, I really do feel better. It started working about 2days after taking them, I set the alarm on my phone for A.M i take 2 and P.M i take 1 to stay regular. I have had stomach/GI issues my whole life. My son said I needed to take a probiotic. I have tried several different brands on amazon. None of them really had much change. I thought I was done taking them until I tried BIO-40. I can say this is the only one I have tried that has relieved my bloating. I can also eat foods now that used to cause diarrhea and stomach pain. I have used it for 2 months now and will continue to use it as long as it still works as great as it does now Wendy.C
